Join Tim and Elise from Source 88 for their expansive Sound Journey with Breathwork.
Tim & Elise have studied extensively with Matt Omo and utilise a very similar style to Matt’s transformative and healing sound sessions.
This sound journey event is a new addition to the sound offerings of Source 88 as it is somewhat adaptive in nature.
You can come along for a more gentle breathwork approach to experience relaxation, peace & self-nurturing with our beautiful sounds or you can add a more activated breathwork to transform your experience to feel expansive, connect to yourself at a deeper level and promote healing.
The sounds we will be creating predominantly vibrate around vocal toning, handpan, Crystal Singing Bowls and the Paiste Gong. There will be other instruments also used such as koshi chimes, medicine drum, titanium infused singing bowls and crystal pyramids.
