Come along and sample our newest offerings
12:30pm – 1:45pm Hatha Intermediate Class – suitable for regular yoga students
6pm – 7pm Ghosh Class – suitable for all.

If you are a sweet treat maker extraordinaire, we would love you to bring in a sweet treat to share with our community. We will have a panel of expert judges to choose the best and the winner receives one month of unlimited yoga!
