Each Sunday in September we will host the Sydney Meditation Centre of the Self-Realization Fellowship to run their weekly Meditation and Services here at our centre.
It will be a chill, relaxed environment, no experience required!
Just turn up to try meditation with a like-minded open-hearted community.
