Saturday 5th May – 2.5 hours
Our annual Tough Nutter class is back!
Australia’s two most experienced Bikram Yoga teachers, Jodie and Daz are going to guide you through the ultimate Bikram Yoga class pushing your body and your mind to their limits.
Tough Nutter will be a combination of three sets, advanced postures, a taste of teacher training and more. Afterwards, not only will you feel stronger and fitter but your practice will be transformed.
This is a journey to an ultimate goal, to complete the toughest Bikram Yoga Brookvale class on record! This is your chance to break out of your regular comfort zone and really test your boundaries.
If you feel mentally and physically ready rock up on the day but if you want to feel more prepared, here is our suggested 5 week training program.
Tough Nutter 5 Week Training Program: –
- Attend one or more of our weekly Tough Nutter Warm-up Classes from 2nd April – these are still 90-minute classes however we are going to change things up a bit and throw in some three sets, some one sets to compensate and a few surprises…
- Mondays at 5.30pm
- Mondays at 7.15pm
- Wednesdays at 9.30am
- Fridays at 6am
- Saturdays at 8am
- Do a Double Class once a week
- Do one extra class every week on top of your normal practice
- Focus on your practice, your diet and your general well-being
What does it cost?
For the warm up classes just use your normal pass as usual.
