What is a Bikram Challenge?
A Bikram Yoga Challenge will help you make changes in your life where they are needed. It may push you outside your habits and shift your beliefs. If you commit to one, it WILL help you towards realising your potential. They are different for everyone.
Our November 2017 Bikram Yoga Challenge is very simple. Come to class ONE MORE TIME each week than usual.
The Bikram ONE MORE TIME Challenge!
That’s all. One more yoga class every week for 4 weeks.
How is One More Time going to change things?
Many Bikram yogis tell us that when they decide to come to just ONE more class each week, they feel and see changes immediately. Changes such as:
Better body tone
Improved cardio fitness
Nicer to the kids and partner (!)
Sounder sleep habits
Plus an overall feeling of happiness and wellbeing that keeps them coming back!**(**Be careful: Bikram Yoga is addictive).
How it will Work
The One More Time Challenge kicks off Wed 1st November and runs for the month. Sign up ahead of time to commit to yourself.
You set your personal challenge and track it on the Challenge Board alongside other challengers with their own personal challenge Goals.
Use your current pass or if you currently buy drop in classes, we’d recommend buying a pass. Talk to us for advice!
Haven’t been for a While?
This Challenge is the perfect way to get back into the yoga. Why not set yourself a personal goal to get back into Bikram in November and choose your weekly goal.
