More About Me

I absolutely love thrilling sports, sports that require my total concentration, my undivided attention, and this is because to me, they are a form of meditation – surfing, rock climbing….they all require mental discipline, and an attentive mind. (This was the only time that my mind wasn’t working overtime and that my body and my soul felt truly alive)

I remember my first day at Bikram yoga. My first yoga class, I’m not sure what I expected, but whatever it was didn’t come close to what I experienced that day.

I couldn’t get enough of it, I couldn’t explain the changes within myself – internal and external, but I felt that it complemented everything else that I did and I practiced, I felt complete, but it required a regular practice, my entire life became about when I could get to yoga next.

It was the miracle that I was looking for, after having practiced for a few years consistently I decided to turn the page and become a Bikram yoga instructor, I wanted to spread the word. Through the frequent practice of Bikram yoga, we learn to use  the tools (body and mind), that we all posses in order to live a better, happier and healthier life.

Like Bikram says: “having is nothing if you don’t know how to use it.”

It is the most amazing journey……., you put your feet on the line and TRUST the process.

I love Bikram yoga with a passion.
